A scheduled (cron) monitor that delivers new Austin, TX building permits since its last run. It keeps a watermark of the newest permit it has seen, so every run returns only the permits issued since — incremental, no duplicates.

• Input (all optional):
  • types — only deliver permits whose type matches (case-insensitive), e.g. ["Building Permit", "Electrical"]
  • min_valuation — only deliver permits at or above this job valuation (USD)
  • lookback_days — first run only: how far back to pull (default 7). Later runs resume from the watermark.
• Returns: one dataset item per new permit — permit_id, type, work_class, address, status, valuation, issued_date, applied_date.
• Coverage: Austin, TX.

How to run it on a schedule

1. Open this Actor in the Apify Console.
2. Set any input filters you want (or leave blank for everything).
