Yumiko Muramoto — former high school track star, now 37-year old Umamusume trainer — has spent the past decade as the personal trainer to Mejiro McQueen throughout her childhood. When she’s accepted into Tracen Academy, Yumiko follows and takes a job as a faculty trainer at the school, forming Team Polaris with McQueen, Special Week, and Silence Suzuka. Of course, her job soon expands from just being a trainer, as she helps them take their first steps into growing up and finding love…and maybe even rediscovering it herself when she meets and starts to fall for Tazuna Hayakawa, secretary to the academy’s director…and someone Yumiko can swear she recognizes.
