Driven by a passion for both culinary excellence and community, we embark on this culinary venture to share our wealth of experience with our cherished "Axiom Fam" and the broader community. Axiom Kitchen is more than a restaurant; it's a family affair, meticulously managed and operated by our dedicated family members. Meet Chef Tai our son and fire master, along with our expert carver Chris, and the skilled front-of-house managers Elleana and Robbie.
Completing our ensemble are the exceptional expediters – Kevell, Ian Jr., and Amara – collectively weaving culinary magic. Join us in experiencing the epitome of professionalism, expertise, and a shared love for the art of smoking meats at Axiom Kitchen.
We started Axiom Kitchen with a dream and hope. Our vision began from a tragedy and has since become a dream that we hope continues. We dedicate our restaurant to our guardian angel- our son and brother Noah- who passed away tragically on March 19, 2018. We continue to work our hardest and push through difficulties, knowing he has our back! We love you, Noah!

Celebrating National BBQ Month and kicking off Memorial Day Weekend, this will be the event of the Summer! We will be partying at beautiful Shoreline Aquatic Park in our amazing city of Long Beach, CA!!!
Musical guests include Indica Roots, Awesome Dead Ringer, Special Blend, and more bands to be named, and special guest emcee, HOOZAY!!
