MediaKeySystemMediaCapability.encryptionScheme and the associated functionality is currently gated behind a pref. This member allows consumers of EME to check for support of encryption schemes. The spec changes detailing this were merged at the end of 2019.
I believe Safari have shipped this and Chrome plan to do so shortly. As such, I suggest we no longer gate this behind a pref.
