Add Turkish (tr) to SeaMonkey Release builds

The Turkish translation is almost complete and ready for future 2.53.x builds (probably 2.53.22 onwards).

Still some missing translations but mostly in cZ. Some leftover en-US strings too but translation is being done frequently. i think we can add it already.
