Since bug 1620415, GMPInstallManager is not shipped to Android builds at all, resulting in these prefs not doing anything in GeckoView:
- media.gmp-gmpopenh264.autoupdate
- media.gmp-gmpopenh264.enabled
- media.gmp-gmpopenh264.visible
- media.gmp-provider.enabled
So, we should be able to remove them from geckoview-prefs.js
