We drive new small-to-medium-sized businesses to Datadog. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. Our team is composed of Sellers and leaders who are located globally across our regional headquarters.
Our team evangelizes Datadog’s services within our Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform alliances. We work in tandem with partners to leverage existing alliances and generate new leads for customer adoption.
We increase adoption of Datadog across our existing customer base through onboarding, up-selling, and cross-selling. Our team of Customer Success Managers and Associates work together to train and identify growth opportunities for current clients—ensuring successful product usage, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.
We target and close new business with our largest, most strategic customers and prospects. We’re focused on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment at scale as well as delivering the appropriate Datadog solution.
Our team leverages diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, business development, law, investment management, investment banking, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy and improve efficiency across the business.
The Mid-Market Sales team assists in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across mid-to-large size markets. Our Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product.
Our team recruits and supports new channel partners, managed service providers, and system integrators. By working hand-in-hand with our existing partners and internal sales teams, we increase Datadog’s customer base.
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Datadog’s overall business growth. We partner with internal stakeholders to help IT and Technology innovators recognize Datadog’s impact in their digital transformation and migration to the cloud. SDRs have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Datadog team success.
We onboard and train Datadog salespeople to reach their full potential. Our team drives high-level strategic decision-making across go-to-market, enables Sellers, and adds operational rigor across the company.
