Proverbs 11:26
HEB: מֹ֣נֵֽעַ בָּ֭ר יִקְּבֻ֣הוּ
NAS: He who withholds grain, the people
KJV: He that withholdeth corn, the people
INT: withholds grain shall curse

Jeremiah 48:10
HEB: רְמִיָּ֑ה וְאָר֕וּר מֹנֵ֥עַ חַרְבּ֖וֹ מִדָּֽם׃
NAS: And cursed be the one who restrains his sword
