HEB: יְהוָ֗ה בְּסוּפָ֤ה וּבִשְׂעָרָה֙ דַּרְכּ֔וֹ וְעָנָ֖ן
NAS: In whirlwind and storm is His way,
KJV: in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds
