Proverbs 13:8
HEB: אִ֣ישׁ עָשְׁר֑וֹ וְ֝רָ֗שׁ לֹא־ שָׁמַ֥ע
NAS: is his wealth, But the poor hears
KJV: [are] his riches: but the poor heareth
INT: of a man's is his wealth the poor no hears
