Isaiah 51:13
HEB: נוֹטֶ֣ה שָׁמַיִם֮ וְיֹסֵ֣ד אָרֶץ֒ וַתְּפַחֵ֨ד
NAS: out the heavens And laid the foundations of the earth,
KJV: the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth;
