Le réformisme est l'opinion selon laquelle les changements nécessaires dans la société doivent se faire par des réformes, et non pas soudainement. İnkılâp ya da reform, toplum düzenini ve yapısını daha iyi duruma getirmek için yapılan köklü değişiklik ve iyileştirmelerdir. İnkılâp devrimden, devrim gibi radikal ve ani olmayıp, daha yumuşak geçişler şeklinde olmasıyla ayrılır. Toplumda gerekli değişikliklerin aniden değil, reformlar yoluyla olması gerektiğini savunan görüşe reformizm denir.
