And what are the exact criterias that you are using to determine that an entity is notable or not in this situation?

What makes Katalon Studio more notable than Mabl?

What makes Sahi more notable than Endtest?

Besides the fact that they created their Wikipedia pages in 2009-2010.

That list is missing a lot of relevant tools from the present. Tools that have reviews on independent platforms (G2, Capterra, etc). Tools that have entries in Crunchbase. Tools that are more active than most entries in that list.

Both. Wikipedia evaluates notability by its own guidelines, which are given at the link in the above message. The list you edited is a list of tools with preexisting Wikipedia articles. Kindly respect that and follow the established inclusion criteria, which were visible in a comment at the top that would have appeared for you when you edited the list.
