Rhus ovata (Sugar Sumac) is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Western North America. They have white flowers and drupes. Flowers are visited by Metaphidippus manni, Variegated Meadowhawk, Honey bee, and Phoenix Jumping Spider. Individuals can grow to 12 feet.
