Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\ATXN3 with the normal polyQ tract of 22 repeats. The protein carries a mutation in the Rad23 protein-binding site (amino acid replacement W87K) and is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:polyHis.
