Overview

VC MIPI Modules provides industry-grade MIPI CSI-2 camera interface drivers for a variety of embedded platforms. Our modular architecture ensures compatibility and ease of integration across different hardware ecosystems.

Core Driver

The foundation of all VC MIPI platform drivers. This shared core library provides common functionality used across all platform-specific implementations. The core is also the standard interface to all VC sensors. The repositories for the indiviual platforms have different interfaces to them which are integrated in "vc_mipi_camera.c"

Platform-Specific Drivers

NVIDIA Jetson

MIPI CSI-2 drivers for NVIDIA Jetson platforms — Jetson Nano, Xavier NX, AGX Xavier, TX2, Orin Nano and Orin NX.

Raspberry Pi

MIPI CSI-2 drivers for Raspberry Pi platforms including support for libcamera and the PiSP image signal processor.

NXP

MIPI CSI-2 drivers for NXP i.MX based hardware (Toradex, Variscite, Adlink, ...). Due to the Yocto build system architecture, NXP support is split across multiple specialized repositories:
