There is a CI pipeline at gitlab which checks once a day to see if there is a new version/revision of SpamAssassin in the Debian 13 repos and if there is then a new image is built and pushed here. If the version is 4.0.1-1 then several tags will be created pointing to it, so you can pick a specific version or be more lax: 4.0.1-1, 4.0.1, 4.0, 4
