⁠binfmt_misc register

Register qemu-*-static for all supported processors except the current one

• docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static:register

Same as above, but remove all registered binfmt_misc before

• docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static:register --reset
