Adds ParseBench benchmark results (mean, text_content, text_formatting, layout, chart, table) for Qwen3.5-9B. Ensures this model appears on the ParseBench dataset page (https://huggingface.co/datasets/llamaindex/ParseBench). Pipeline: qwen3_5_9b_vllm_layout.
