New Delhi, Feb 08 (ANI): Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) union leader RB Uthwal, on Monday said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government should clear all dues of workers pending since 2003 if it wanted to put an end to the ongoing strike. Uthwal further said that the wages given by the Delhi Government on the condition of that temporary workers being removed from their respective duties won't be accepted. He stressed that the only way to end the strike is to give permanent jobs to these workers and clear all pending dues. He further asked the Delhi High Court to pay attention to the condition of poor workers and their families before giving its final judgement on the strike.

New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI) : The Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and expelled Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kirti Azad, seeking a reply from them in the civil defamation suit filed by the Delhi and District Cricket Board (DDCA) against them. DDCA Lawyer Sangram Patnaik said that the HC has issued the notice and now the matter will come for hearing on March 2, 2016, where the defendants have to file a reply. He further said that once they will get the reply, they will work accordingly.

Delhi Govt. to submit report on pollution: Gopal Rai

New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Delhi transport Minister Gopal Rai on Friday said that the Delhi Government would submit its report on the level of pollution in the national capital to the High Court. He said that the status quo of the report and the Odd-Even formula would be known after the Delhi High Court passes its order. He added that the odd-even scheme had resulted in garnering diverse views from the people and after weighing the pros and cons would the status of the scheme be decided.
