New Delhi/Bhopal, Feb 28 (ANI): Reacting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Kisaan rally’ speech, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari on Sunday said the Prime Minister is contradicting his statements. Tiwari said that Modi needed to decide what exactly he is and what he wants. The Congress leader stoically pointed out that the PM had said to farmers that they will be taken care of but his own party was enemy of the farmers as last year when they were taking all the farmers land from them without their consent. He further said that the Prime Minister had promised that 50% bonus would be given to farmers, but they have not yet received it. Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav also echoed similar sentiments, saying that the Prime Minister was repeating the same statements he made in the year 2014. Venkaiah Naidu on Thursday targeted the Congress, saying that the grand old party, which has been tolerated by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for so many decades, should also tolerate the saffron party for at least ten years.
