Against the run of play, a wicket has fallen here, and it is Jasprit Bumrah who picked up the wicket of Manish Pandey. It was the incoming delivery which missed the stumps a few times early on in the innings, but on this occasion, the ball rattled the stumps. It is not a massive wicket, but given the nature of the surface, strange things can happen.

Both Powell and Pandey put on a 50-run stand here. This partnership has definitely done the job for the Knight Riders, who were looking in a bit of a pickle. Powell, especially although he had luck going his way, he countered well, and in chases like this, someone must get a cameo like that. It eases a lot of pressure on the chasing side.

The Mumbai Indians have made a silly fielding error here. Rovman Powell has mis-hit one which went high in the air, and Deepak Chahar and Minz both ran close to each other, and Minz stopped and wanted Chahar to take the catch; however, Chahar withdrew in the final moments and Powell survived.

Although Corbin Bosch has managed to pick a couple of wickets, he has conceded plenty of runs, which the Mumbai Indians cannot afford if they want to win this game. As per Kolkata Knight Riders, a cameo from Rovman Powell will shift the scales quite significantly. Manish Pandey too is playing a nice hand so far anchoring the chase.

Corbin Bosch has picked up two wickets here. First, it was Ajinkya Rahane who tried to cut the ball and was done by the extra bounce, and then it was Green who hit one straight to fine-leg. KKR are in a bit of trouble here. These are not too many runs to chase, but the wicket is misbehaving, and as long as the Mumbai Indians keep chipping away with wickets, they will be in the game.

Hardik Pandya has given extended spells to his seamers here. Bumrah has bowled two, and Chahar has bowled three. In the initial part of this season, this structure was what was missing from the Mumbai Indians' bowlers. But today the bowling changes have looked pretty sorted. Corbin Bosch is the new bowler into the attack.

They have to play this chase carefully. Although at the bottom of the table, Mumbai has a pretty good bowling attack, and if it clicks, Kolkata will be in deep trouble.

Deepak Chahar has taken the new ball and picked up the wicket of Finn Allen. On the first two attempts to cut the ball, Allen was successful and got the boundaries, but on the third occasion, he chopped the ball onto the stumps. Well, Manish Pandey is the new batter in and Jasprit Bumrah is the ball from the other end.

This final over is going for a few here. Crobin Bosch smoked two sixes and has now scored a boundary. This is still a pretty chasable total. The Mumbai Indians need to bowl well in the second innings. Especially their spinners, they need to do the bulk of the attacking work.
