Tajinder Singh Bagga returns home: his arrest and the chaos that followed
BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga's arrest has led to Delhi police filing a case against Punjab police.

In an operation that pitted the Punjab Police against their counterparts in Delhi and Haryana and led to a political slugfest between the BJP and AAP, Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga was arrested from his Janakpuri residence Friday morning in connection with a case filed in Mohali on April 1.

But the journey to take him to Punjab, was cut short with the police in Haryana intercepting a Punjab Police convoy, and separately, the Delhi Police filing an FIR against Punjab personnel for "abducting" Bagga.

The Punjab government did not get relief from the High Court and Bagga returned to Delhi by evening.
