AI Skills Fest 2026 — Manual Voucher Claim Request (Playlist Completed 100%)

yogita sinha 0 Reputation points

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I successfully completed multiple eligible skilling playlists to 100% on the AI Skills Navigator for the AI Skills Fest 2026 before the June 12 deadline. However, I was unable to submit the official voucher claim form due to a technical error/missing form on my event dashboard during the event window.

My platform username is yogita sinha.

Since my automated progress is tracked and validated at 100% on my dashboard, please review my account eligibility and manually issue my certification exam voucher code.

Thank you!

This is a community forum, not support

The rules were clear; you needed to have submitted a voucher claim form before June 12th

Manual voucher issuance or account-specific checks cannot be performed.

For AI Skills Fest and related events, vouchers are distributed and tracked through Pearson VUE/MindHub and Microsoft Learn systems based on completion and submission rules defined for each promotion. When a promotion requires a claim form or specific playlist configuration, missing or incomplete submissions generally cannot be corrected retroactively through self-service.

    Based on the available information:

    1. AI Skills Fest and AI Agent Skills Sweepstakes vouchers are fulfilled only when all required steps are completed within the stated timeframes (for example, completing eligible playlists/assessments and submitting the official entry or claim form where applicable).
    2. For similar issues (such as playlists not progressing or eligibility confusion), resolutions have depended on using the correct pre-defined playlists or waiting for official playlists and forms to be published, not on manual voucher issuance after the fact.
    3. Account-specific investigation (verifying username, dashboard status, or issuing a voucher) requires direct support from Microsoft and/or Pearson VUE and cannot be handled via documentation-only guidance.

    Next steps:

    1. Review the specific promotion’s terms and conditions and FAQs to confirm the exact eligibility and claim requirements (for example, for the Microsoft AI Agent Skills Sweepstakes, see the sweepstakes terms and conditions and FAQ pages referenced below).
    2. If the promotion is tied to a Microsoft Learn or event experience (such as AI Skills Fest or a similar campaign), use the official support/contact options provided on the event site or in the event confirmation emails to open a support case. Include:
      • Event name (AI Skills Fest 2026)
      • Microsoft Learn username
      • Screenshots of the completed playlists and dashboard showing 100% progress
      • Description of the missing/erroneous voucher claim form during the event window.
    3. If the voucher is associated with Pearson VUE/MindHub fulfillment (emails from “MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE”), verify whether any voucher email was received or filtered to junk/spam. If none was received and the promotion required a random drawing (as with the AI Agent Skills Sweepstakes), note that completion alone does not guarantee a voucher.

Only the official event or certification support channels can confirm eligibility and, if applicable, assist with any exception handling or voucher reissuance.
