What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

The final step in that link is to contact Credentials support - have you done that?

So if you had already raised a ticket on support, why are you asking on here. This is not support, it is a community forum.

AZ-900 results and certifications can take up to 24–48 hours to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile. Since the exam was passed and a confirmation email was received, use the following checks and then contact the correct support channel if it still does not show:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile and account
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile’s Credentials section (Certifications tab).
      • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (work/school and personal), sign out and try each account that might have been used when registering with Pearson VUE.
      • The certification will only appear under the Learn profile that is linked to the account used for the exam.
    2. Verify credential requirements
      • AZ-900 is a single-exam certification; passing the exam is sufficient to earn the certification. There is no additional exam required.
    3. Check timing
      • It can take up to 24–48 hours (and up to 24 hours per the certification process guidance) for exam results and certifications to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab after passing the exam, especially around weekends.
    4. If the certification is still missing
      • Follow the guidance for Missing Exams or Certifications to troubleshoot missing credentials.
      • If the certification still does not appear after the above checks and sufficient time has passed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the credentials team can review the account, exam history, and fix any profile/linking issues.

    Use this support path:

    • Review: Missing Exams or Certifications steps.
    • Then open a ticket via Credentials Support for further investigation.
