Automation In A Day - Jun 16
I completed this course last Tuesday, June 16. I wanted to find out if I get a certificate of completion emailed to me. Where will it be sent? I do not have MIcrosoft Exchange so I do not have an outlook account setup. Will it be emailed to my gmail account?

There is no certificate for the In a Day workshops
However, the company that provided the workshop may have generated an achievement code https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements that you could redeem and that has a attendance certificate/badge that you can download and print. You need to contact the workshop organizer.

Completion of the Automation in a Day course does not generate a formal certificate of completion that is emailed. Courses and modules on Microsoft Learn provide badges and trophies in the Learn profile, but not downloadable or emailed certificates. Certificates are earned only by passing certification exams, not by completing courses.
Because no certificate is issued for the course, there is no email sent to either an Exchange/Outlook account or a Gmail account.

When I click the “Download Certificate” button, either nothing happens or I get an error saying the certificate is unavailable. I’ve already tried different browsers, cleared cache, and confirmed that my learning progress shows 100% completion, but the issue still persists.
