stop MS365 business basic

I suscribed a MS365 Famille on May 14th. I receive an email this morning to inform me that the MS365 Business basic will be renewed on july 18th. I want to stop this MS365 Business Basic but I didn't succeed via WebSite. Could you please help me to stop this registration ?

    This can only be done from Microsoft 365 Admin page here:

    You must find your tenant address to cancel that.

    Thank you for answer. The problem is that both susbcriptions were realized using the same email adress. I cannot conenct to the older subscription (MS Business basic) using my email adress.
