- End-to-end marketing functions and how they support sales.
You streamline business processes, improve automation, and accelerate sales operations. You are responsible for:
- Configuring the standard and premium features of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Implementing collaboration tools to enhance teamwork.
- Managing the security model.
- Tailoring Dynamics 365 Sales to business needs.
- Extending functionality with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Supporting sales processes using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
