13th Lab AB, trading as 13th Lab, was a Swedish computer vision studio based in Stockholm, Sweden.[1][2] The company is responsible for developing Minecraft Reality, and also for developing the PointCloud library and the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) technology that was used in the application.
13th Lab announced to be joining Oculus/Meta in December 2014, and was merged in March 2015.[3]
13th Lab has developed and published one application, Minecraft Reality, in collaboration with Mojang Studios.[4] It was released on November 25, 2012, for iOS and iPad devices.[5]
