a proposed "move" (new page then recat all files)
[edit source]I feel like "User skins" would be a better name, since this is a category meant for exactly that, and the name doesnt have user in it, meaning anyone looking at special:categories wouldn't know this is a users' category. Since there are over 100 files in this category, if this is agreed upon and done, it would probably be best to have a bot recat all the files, but if for some reason it has to be manually done, I will volunteer to do so. The page has only had 5 edits since its creation, so I feel like deleting the page wouldn't be an issue ð Image
