This is more a suggestion than a pitch, I'm not entirely sure how this would be implemented, but it's something I think is needed so I'll try to make a case. Very often pages will be left missing crucial files, either because of a lack of activity or just being out of reach. For example, the characters Bear, Scout, and Monty are still missing character sprites, their contemporary Sparks only has one because I was able to jury rigg a placeholder from an image with the right angle. Generally the way to get around this is to place a request template or redlink, but in practice these don't do much to encourage filling them in, and aren't feasible for transcluded content like navboxes. Even if someone checks the maintenance pages, the list is ordered by the most mentioned, not what's currently needed at the moment.
My idea to at least partly solve this is an extension of the feedback system. This could be either a separate button, or just an option on the existing gadget that sends requests to a different list. This wouldn't entirely solve the issue, but it could help finish certain pages quicker, especially if a custom image like a render or recreated texture are needed.
