This page needs a source as well so don't just point me to another page, but I generally dislike screenshots as "sources" (because they're really bad sources). It's most likely going to be 1.3 update. Just like previously 1.14 of Java Edition, it was once said by Helen that this is Update Aquatic, but somehow Mojang combined both 1.13 and 1.14.
