The "Ancestry" music file hasn't been added to the game's files yet, comparing the indexes of 1.17 and 1.18 inside the Minecraft data folder confirms this. If anyone wants to search for "Ancestry" inside the index, on Windows go to %AppData%\.minecraft\assets\indexes and open 1.18.json, search for "Ancestry" and then search for the rest of the music files, you'll find every single one other than "Ancestry". 109.175.143.75 16:02, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
so i'm playing the snapshot currently, and a new song started playing. i don't know which one it is.
it was piano music similar to the original c418 tracks.
i was standing in either a forest or river (they were right near eachother) and it started playing.
i was also in creative mode, but the new songs can apparently only play in survival in the new biomes according to the wiki.
it started playing right after i broke a jukebox playing "otherside" (and also another one playing which may have something to do with it playing.
so is the information about the songs on the wiki page incorrect or --Ultsppi (talk) 01:18, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
