The Ocury

The Ocury is a term used in Minecraft: The Haven Trials used both to refer to the highest role on the server of Anarchia - an administrator with sole authority over mods and rules of the server - and the current holder of the position.

A long time ago, the Anarchia server was named "Haven". This changed when "an admin" somehow seized power over the server and installed modifications to alter the rules. These modifications included the ability to draw on maps and the world being permanently set to night. The Ocury also established administrative concerns over the world - the now separate Haven server was only accessible through the passing of three of the Ocury's trials, players were banned if they used more than five attempts to beat the trials, and after entering Haven, one could not return to Anarchia. Anarchians, or players who lived permanently in Anarchia, killed other players for XP; after a player amassed enough of it, they would inherit the role of Ocury.

Cece's pet cat, Cranky, gained the ability to swallow arrows after a mistake by the Ocury.

The first Ocury was suspected of collaborating with the party of Declan and using the group as a way to prevent others from beating the trials. Evidence is provided for this by the sight of horses leashed to a fence.

Ultimately, Aminata inherits the title of Ocury from the XP from the death of the Ender Dragon. She re-enabled flying on the server began work on "Haven 2.0".

The Ocury has complete control over the logistics of the Anarchia server, though they are not allowed to enter Haven. The Ocury can add mods to the server, ban players, and change game rules.
