The music disc, C418-11 is a Minecraft record disc that you can play in a jukebox. The disc appears to have a black center ring, and has a broken texture. The disc cannot be crafted nor obtained in survival mode, but if you're lucky, you can get a disc from a creeper that was killed by a skeleton but those chances are very low. The disc depicts a man or child running and breaking blocks, coughing, and running again. Inside of the game files, under the file C418-11, there is a audio file named, "Entity", but nobody is sure what that entity is. Try consulting the Minecraft Dev Forum if you need more info. The disc appears even more damaged in Java edition. In Minecraft XBOX 360 Edition, the only way to get the disc is to get a skeleton to kill a creeper. Not sure how you'd get that to happen, but I'm sure anyone could come up with a way. There is another disc called C418-13, but I'll cover that in another page. In the creepypasta "Far Lands", when you walk on the 'fake' blocks the soundtrack from the game file C418-11 'Entity' can be faintly heard. When you get C418-11 in your inventory and get a jukebox, get ready for some nightmares, because the C418-11 soundtrack can be nightmare-inducing. Some people believe the entity in C418-11 is an enderman, because the enderman was the 11th mob added to the game. That sneaky 11 is hiding something...
