I'd like to give you some advice about editing here on the wiki.

Firstly, we put spaces between header text and equals signs, like this:

= Title =
== Section ==
=== Subsection ===

Secondly, make sure to click Show Preview before submitting an edit, and make sure the page looks right.

Thirdly, be careful with templayes. Templates are the suff between {{the double curly brackets}} in the source code editor. They should appear as purple to you.

Oh, and another small note. The Vault page already listed the block states of the vault, with descriptions of what triggers them. It's said on the Block States page (which is properly linked by the See also template) that observors notice when a block changes state. So, the page already made is clear enough that an observer can detect a vault reacting to a player nearby.

The vault as itself does not have any redstone functionality, but as you mentioned: it can be used in redstone.

Anyways, these kinds of block-state-related redstone uses are not supposed to be mentioned on a block's page, because the observer is the important block that does the work, and block with all block states can interact with it. --Simanelix (talk) 16:51, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
