While the motto for wikis is to "be bold!", it had only been about an hour since I updated the move proposal on "Redstone circuits/Latches". It would have been nice to wait (days, maybe a week) for feedback on the proposal modification before going ahead with the move. There's a lot of other work that goes along with an article move: fixing double redirects, correcting LoadPage paths, etc. -- moves shouldn't be done hurriedly or the work may have to be redone or undone.
