You added release date to the page Bedrock Edition 1.13.0 with source provided, however, it was just a guess as explained in that tweet, which means it's not definitely sure whether the version will exactly be released that day. Adding such information, including that was posted without source (just like what you added in this edit, which is proved false), is very likely to mislead readers.
