I appreciate the help Largeanvil 06:01, 16 January 2011 (UTC)largeanvil
also not sure if theres a talk section for articles but I liked your userpage on non-movable blocks and I think it might be valuable to put it as a section under the blocks page, with each of the non-movable blocks linking to that section Largeanvil 06:42, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the tip about undoing edits to fix vandalism. It so happens that the paragraph deleted by the vandalism to the Slime article was a really interesting one, so I'm especially glad you noticed and recovered it. McKathlin 17:53, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Yes, sorry... --Minecraftitaly 04:59, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
Please discuss in the community portal before you move a bunch of pages. ): --Bumbletalk 19:35, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
You can't just perform such massive actions after less than two days of discussion! People barely got the chance to even object/agree with your proposal, and you're breaking a lot of stuff meanwhile, too! I'm reverting your changes and we'll continue discussing your proposal for another few days because this is just ridiculous.--Quatroking - MCWiki Administrator 19:39, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
On reflection, you're right — I should have waited for more discussion, and perhaps arranged for the question to be more visible. I thought it wasn't a big change, since there would be redirects, though. Could you explain what exactly was broken, so that I can avoid making technical mistakes in the future? I was reviewing the results of my changes, and I didn't notice any problems, and I was planning to fix any resulting double-redirects. —KPReid 21:24, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
I like the Block Property Index! --Adje 11:59, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for keeping on good work on Entity and Opacity! It's quite tiring for me to collect the important information. Xfs 03:26, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Asterick6: I disagree with your approach to furnaces. The furnace has only one in-game name (both in the tooltip and the GUI) and that is “Furnace”, not “Kiln” or “Oven”. Minecraft is not a perfect subset of real life, and we don't need to make distinctions that Minecraft itself does not make. I don't care if we decide to replace “smelting” with “heating” across the wiki, since the game doesn't give a name to the process, but I think that there should be only *one* name for the process, because it works the same for everything it can be done to. —KPReid 23:06, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
Arrows set blocks on fire now Doggey 01:37, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
No, they don't. I tested it myself just now with the latest Minecraft, firing arrows from a dispenser, through lava, at wool. The arrows stick in the block and remain on fire, but the block itself is never set on fire or burned away. —KPReid 01:39, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
I was just about to add alot of citation needed tags because i didnt know what to do. At that point, i noticed you *stole* my edit. anyway, thanks! --Miauw62 17:05, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
Does this wiki use UK English or US English? TheJanitor 13:06, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
link. Maybe high tree part wasn't vandalism, testing it now... 93.106.40.21 09:41, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

You appear to be correct - but it seems that it doesn't work on creative mode, which I was testing this on. How strange. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Sciguyryan (Talk|Contribs) 07:47, 29 March 2012. Please sign your posts with ~~~~

There is no evidence to suggest that item names should be capitalized. Common sense dictates the opposite. Do you see every item that has a wiki page on Wikipedia capitalized? There is even overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Mojang developers themselves have never capitalized item names because that makes no sense whatsoever. Offical Minecraft Forum posts and any offical posting relating to Minecraft has never capitalized item names. Go look at Notch's blog posts or any of the Mojang tweets; they NEVER capitalize item names. Only proper nouns (e.g names of places like The Void or The Nether) should be capitalized. The vast majority of this wiki is like this and the only reason people capitalize item names is because they do not know otherwise. Hower64 09:46, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
I know. But do you think that the change 333966 was in the sense of the original post by Jeb ? Call me a nitpicker, but I don't like other people's comments to be changed without notice in the comment itself. But, nevermind. --Kumasasa 20:31, 26 June 2012 (UTC)

Just jump in the portal, I assure you it's safer in the Nether :-) and there are paths to everywhere interesting. Sorry there isn't a nice portal on top yet; I'm not finished rebuilding the spawn platform since I got a jungle in there. —kpreid 03:59, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
