Concerning the Zombie pic, it's easy as pie to edit its link on the Mobs page to use PNG instead of JPG! If you upload the nice smooth & transparent-backed PNG, I can change that link for you if you want. Same goes for the Ghast image (which I may tweak the 'shopping of).
