I've moved your BUD to the Piston Based section in Tutorials/Block update detector. Your BUD uses piston-connectivity to detect block updates so this is the proper section. I've also edited the description to make it "timeless" -- the wiki should reflect the current state of Minecraft. Ideally this addition should have waited until 1.5 was really released (we're only on a pre-release right now), but this is the second time you've added this and I don't want to get into an edit war that will be moot in a week.
The "Stuck-Piston Based" section title shouldn't be changed. A stuck-piston BUD doesn't necessarily use sticky pistons (in fact, only one of the examples in the section uses a sticky piston -- all the others use normal pistons). They're called stuck-piston BUDs because they force a piston into a state where it's powered but stuck in an unextended state by something it can't push -- usually another extended piston. The unpushable thing is then removed so that the stuck piston will extend when it next receives a block update.
