I've removed your bug notice from the block of redstone article for two reasons. First, bug reports should be submitted to mojang.atlassian.net, not to the wiki. Second, this is not a bug. When the first piston moves the block of redstone, that triggers the second piston to extend, but it can't because the first piston is still extended, and pistons can't push other extended pistons.

If you think you've found a bug but you're not sure, try asking on the forums to see what other people think. If you decide it really is a bug, submit it to atlassian so Mojang will know to work on it.
