I'm an avid fan of the Game Boy and all related games - as I'm sure most folks who read this review are. I wasn't sure what to expect initially as I've kept myself mostly in the dark and avoided influencers' reviews. The console is solidly built and comes with rechargeable batteries and the Tetris game. The screen is quite impressive and really harkens back to those nights when we'd play games in the dark of night while our parents thought we'd already gone to sleep - though actually backlit! I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for this nostalgic kick.

I love everything about the Chromatic. It feels amazing in my hand like the Gameboy Color did (to this day the most ergonomic Gameboy for me)
Cartridges lock in well and the System recognizes most games the moment you put them in. Updating the Device is easy and not scary at all and shipping was completely free which helped a lot for a European customer like me.
