I tend to like psychological more than other genres. Big fan of the fate and eva series. I've read a bunch of LitRPGs in the past so I'm more drawn to watch shows with game-y systems despite knowing how bad they usually are. I'm currently forcing myself to watch more seasonal things because I rewatched my favorite shows for a long time. Also trying to watch/read things written by Nasu and Gen since they made a lot of things I like.
