Nara Recall Refund Request

We know this is a worrying time for many families, and we're truly sorry for the stress and concern this is causing you.

If you ordered from our website in May or June, we have automatically refunded you. Any orders currently in process have been canceled and refunded. You should see funds returned to your original form of payment in the next 10-15 days.

If you have been actively feeding with Nara infant formula and your most recent order from nara.com was placed in March or April 2026, please take a photo of the bottom of each can to request a refund. Our team is here to help you.

If you bought 700 gram cans of Nara at Target, please visit your local store or follow Target’s online return instructions. Target has not sold any 400 gram cans of Nara Organics infant formula.
