  • User impact if declined These Nimbus manifest updates directly advance our Adaptive Performance work stream. Uplifting this to Beta 144 will enable us to launch our prepped experiment around targeted performance improvements and gather a meaningful amount of samples before the mid-October release.

This urgent uplift request was recommended by the Nimbus team, given our goal of rolling a strategic subset of these pref updates out to the release channel by end of year.
