Hi @beth – I just now saw the revision request on the beta uplift. So I am submitting that revision now. The issue was with a pref that already existed in one of Florian's existing features. This revision includes only the necessary pref. Confirmed it does not exist elsewhere.

Adding four new prefs to the Nimbus manifest to facilitate experimentation for Adaptive Performance.

After looking into @nbp's feedback, CPU usage did increase at an unacceptable level (over 30% increases for median users). This will be reassessed in subsequent phases of Adaptive Performance, specifically with a less aggressive caching threshold of 3 instead of 2 (closer to the current default of 4).

Hey Denis — after a deeper review of our networking telemetry, there’s strong evidence that the bytecode cache strategy pref yields a consistent positive impact.
