sysutils/desktop-installer: Update to 1.0.0
Desktop-installer has been stable for some time now, so it's time to
commit to a stable UI for a while. No major UI changes until v2.0.
This release contains a few minor fixes and enhancements since 0.8.3.

sysutils/desktop-installer: Drop ck-launch-session
Using this in Xsession seems unnecessary for most DEs
and interferes with operation in some cases. Will add it
on a case-by-case basis if necessary
