Web professional since 1999, I first spent 6 years on the technology side (with delight) before switching (with delight) to the UX and marketing side (especially analytics). I try to mix the two sides to provide better solutions. I have worked in-house or for agencies in various sectors (local authorities, tourism, luxury, events…). Today, I manage a digital project and marketing team for a french press group dedicated to Africa, while being an active member of the french WordPress community.
I am also part of Uncategorized Creations, a group of WordPress professionals who maintain the Advanced Page Manager and WP-AppKit plugins.
WordPress Origin Story
Back in 2008, I was for the 1st time dependent on an IT department to build my CMS. Fortunately, the CTO had “no time” for my project and gave me the freedom to choose a “temporary” solution. I was used to build my own CMS but after a quick tour of the various existing CMS, I’ve found that WordPress, even at this time, met all my expectations. So I chose it as a temporary solution and still use it today.
