WordPress Origin Story
I started getting involved in WordPress in 2006, when I migrated my blog to WordPress, with some theme and plug-in development.
Since then, I’ve done a little bit of everything: collaborating (and later taking over) the development of some WordPress extensions, proudly contributed to core and some high quality extensions (Yoast, Timber), created sites from scratch, maintained multisites, translated WordPress and a lot of plug-ins (Catalan GTE), led some WordPress hackatons…
I love WordPress. I love open source.
